Active company · Controlled pilot intake
Standard Grade makes the work behind trust visible.
Standard Grade is building a clearer way to receive, inspect, compare, grade, and document collectible objects. Its dedicated customer site is accepting a limited number of pilot-evaluation requests. A request is not an acceptance, and no submission should be shipped until written instructions are provided.
The intended process
The goal is not to promise certainty. It is to give customers a process they can understand and a record they can revisit.
- 01
Capture
Record the object, declared identity, owner context, and condition at intake.
- 02
Fingerprint
Create repeatable images and identifying observations for later comparison.
- 03
Authenticate
Evaluate the available evidence without turning uncertainty into certainty.
- 04
Compare
Use consistent references and review criteria instead of informal memory alone.
- 05
Grade
Explain the condition judgment and the limits of the review.
- 06
Certify provenance
Return a durable record of what was submitted, observed, and decided.
Request a pilot evaluation
The controlled pilot begins with a non-confidential description of the item and the evaluation you need. Availability, pricing, timing, and shipping are confirmed individually after human review; broad commercial availability is not represented.
Request a pilot evaluationPilot requests are monitored through Libra5's existing commercial operations. Do not send an item, payment information, identity documents, or confidential material with the initial request.
